Born and bred in Hertfordshire, my first degree was an honours degree in Human Biology from King's College London where my interest in anatomy and physiology and the way the body works and functions grew.
I then followed my path to become an osteopath and graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Masters of Osteopathy (M.Ost) in 2012.
As well as working structurally, I treat using the gentler techniques of cranial osteopathy which is suitable for all ages, and particularly in treating children and babies and in the treatment of cervicogenic headaches and migraine prevention.
I have undergone post graduate training in Specialist Paediatric Osteopathy which is a specialist area of osteopathy in treating young children, from new-born babies to school age.
My friendly and conscientious approach to patient care means that every patient is treated as an individual and each treatment is focused to that person.
In my spare time I enjoy dog walking, swimming, cycling, pilates and I am a keen dancer, particularly modern jive dancing.
